Please read through our return policy carefully, prior to purchasing.


The Dynamic Wheel Co., return and refund policy lasts for 30 days from the day of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase we are unable to refund or exchange any products.


For items that are eligible for return, they must be unused and in the same conditions they were at the time of delivery including original packaging. For a return to be processed a receipt and/or proof of purchase must be supplied.


Partial refunds may be granted if items are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts


Refund Process

Please phone our customer service team to discuss starting a refund on 1300 655 870. After speaking with a member from our Dynamic team, they will advise if the item needs to be returned. If the item needs to be returned to Dynamic Wheel Co., for it to be inspected please send items to Dynamic Wheel Co. head office (30 Gow Street, Moorooka QLD 4105). The expense of posting the item back to head office is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received back an email will be sent back to notify you that it has been returned. An email notification will also be sent to notify if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund has been approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The refund may take a number of days to appear back in the account, please contact your bank to further details.

Refund processing times

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank first and/or credit company first. Please note that each bank will have their own processing timeframes. If you have completed this and have still not received your refund please all our team on 1300 655 870 Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.

Sale Items

If an item is purchased on sale, please note that it cannot be refunded.


Items can only be exchanged should they be damaged upon arrival. If you require an item to be exchanged please email


Items to be returned to our head office 30 Gow Street, Moorooka 4105 QLD. Please note that you will responsible for your own shipping costs for returning any times. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).

Additional Notes

Please note that exchange items may take up to 20 working days to be processed and shipped back to you. Items are subject to change at any time and the original item may no longer be available. In this case either a refund may be offered or a suitable replacement.
